According to this global survey of penis size carried out by the University of Ulster; Northern Ireland in 2017, African countries dominate the top 20 and all of the bottom 15 are all Asian countries.

The survey was conducted to see if there was any truth to myths that penis size is largest in African countries and smallest in Asian countries.
